We wrote this book because we believe that healthy food should taste amazing, and more people would eat well if they knew how to make their food taste better.
The R&O Ranch was founded as a husband and wife team in the spring of 2023, in Johnson City, Tennessee. There is a widespread desire among many people to return to methods popular before the rise of packaged microwave dinners and fast food drive thrus - what might simply be termed a homesteading lifestyle: fresh, local, whole foods that are free of artificial ingredients and toxic pesticides, seasoned and preserved using time-tested methods rather than modern chemicals.
This book was written for:
